Cranberries are traditionally served with your roast turkey at Christmas Dinner but if you make this liqueur you can enjoy them all year round!

  • 700ml Vodka
  • 350g Cranberries
  • 250g Granulated sugar

  3. Pour into Kilner jar, place in a cool dark place and leave for 3 weeks.
  4. Shake the jar every day until the sugar has dissolved.
  5. Strain into a clean bottle and test for taste. Add extra sugar if needed.
  6. Enjoy your Cranberry Liqueur

Fast Method:

  2. Add the sugar and Vodka.
  3. Put into a water bath at 65°C for 3 hours.
  4. Strain into a clean bottle and test for taste. Add extra sugar if needed.

Lucy’s Top Tip: Try substituting the Vodka for Gin, Rum, or Brandy. The cranberries taste great when served with ice cream.
