White Chocolate Liqueur

This rich and creamy White Chocolate Liqueur is just the thing for when the kid turns into the ‘Milky Bar Grown-Up’!

Ingredients:

  • 500ml Vodka
  • 225g White chocolate, choose good quality chocolate with a high cocoa butter content (not palm oil)
  • 240ml Whipping cream
  • 240ml Whole milk or alternative milk
  • 4Tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 6Tbsp Granulated sugar

Method 1:

  1. Add everything except the vodka to a saucepan.
  2. Heat the saucepan until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Allow to cool and then add the vodka
  4. Decant into a clean bottle and test for taste.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
  6. Enjoy your White Chocolate Liqueur

Method 2:

  1. Add everything to a clean 1l Kilner jar.
  2. Put into a water bath at 65°C for 1 hour1.
  3. Decant into a clean bottle and test for taste.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
  5. Enjoy your White Chocolate Liqueur.

Mark’s Top Tip: There are no added emulsifiers in this recipe so you will need to shake the bottle before serving. Keep your White Chocolate Liqueur refridgerated.
