This rich and creamy White Chocolate Liqueur is just the thing for when the kid turns into the ‘Milky Bar Grown-Up’!
Ingredients:
- 500ml Vodka
- 225g White chocolate, choose good quality chocolate with a high cocoa butter content (not palm oil)
- 240ml Whipping cream
- 240ml Whole milk or alternative milk
- 4Tbsp Vanilla extract
- 6Tbsp Granulated sugar
Method 1:
- Add everything except the vodka to a saucepan.
- Heat the saucepan until the chocolate has melted.
- Allow to cool and then add the vodka
- Decant into a clean bottle and test for taste.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Enjoy your White Chocolate Liqueur
Method 2:
- Add everything to a clean 1l Kilner jar.
- Put into a water bath at 65°C for 1 hour1.
- Decant into a clean bottle and test for taste.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Enjoy your White Chocolate Liqueur.
Mark’s Top Tip: There are no added emulsifiers in this recipe so you will need to shake the bottle before serving. Keep your White Chocolate Liqueur refridgerated.
